The online Leadership Master's degree is comprised of coursework, projects and assessments that will encourage students to become leaders within their organization, to be better able to reflect and act on issues in management, synthesize group involvement and contribution, and assimilate practical and theoretical teachings. The program will allow students to study unique and varied leadership philosophies within the context of organizational leadership and the dynamics of today's multi-faceted and rapidly changing global business environment.
